2020 sure has been a year no like no other, but now I've got some exciting news. I'm pretty stoked to be a finalist in this year's Best Awards. These awards are an annual showcase of excellence in graphic, spatial, product, digital and motion design. My light, 'Firstlight' is a finalist in the lighting category and it's in good company with some prestigious designers making up the other finalists. It was entered under my Second Nature brand but I had to let you all know. Getting this far is awesome, and totally unexpected so anything more will be a bonus. Was a great day to explore Banks Peninsula. All was going well until cramp set in so for a while walking was the only way to progress. Some friendly locals at Pigeon Bay saved the day by refilling my water bottles.
